FAQ

FAQ

An item I want is sold out, can I order another?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Some pieces are truly one-of-a-kind and won’t return once they’re gone. Others are part of a limited batch that I may restock in small runs. If you have your heart set on something, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to let you know if it can be remade, restocked, or if it was a one-time treasure.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Everything is made and/or packaged by hand, so your patience is appreciated. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re in the Denver/Englewood area, select Local Pickup at checkout and I’ll be in touch to arrange details.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but I hope to in the future. Feel free to get in touch if you have questions.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Do you take custom orders?

Occasionally, yes. If you have a specific idea, send me a message and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

Where do you source your herbs + ingredients?

I grow many of them myself in small batches, with help from local growers when possible. Anything else comes from trusted, high-quality sources.

How should I store herbal products?

Keep tinctures and infused honeys in a cool, dark place. Salves and oils should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Most fresh/dried herbs will also benefit from being stored away from heat and light.

Are your products safe for kids?

My products are made for general use by adults. They are not specifically formulated for, or created for use by children, and I cannot advise on or take responsibility for their use for minors. Please consult your child’s healthcare provider before giving them any herbal remedies. As a reminder, honey should never be given to children under 1 year old.
