An item I want is sold out. Can I order another?

Every item is one of a kind, and all items are sold first come first serve. 

Do you take Custom Orders?

No. I do not take custom orders by request. However, if you join the Facebook group or follow other social media accounts there are periodic opportunities to order custom made items.

When is your next drop?

Site updates are announced on social media. Exact dates vary, but can always be expected on Saturdays at 10am MT. 

How soon will my order ship?

Most ready-to-ship items ship within four business days. Pre-Order item time frames vary and will be disclosed in the original listing.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, no. International shipping is not currently available. 


Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes, you will receive an auto confirmation email with tracking provided once your item has shipped. Please contact me if you did not receive a confirmation email.

 

Can you fix my item? I broke a crystal/the leather is coming apart.

Yes. I will gladly repair a broken part of an item for the cost of the new material. Customer is responsible for return shipping both ways.
Due to the fragile nature of natural materials like gems and leather, customer is strongly advised to exercise the utmost care when using them. 

 

My package is lost/damaged.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact within 48 hours of delivery to initiate insurance claim. 
If your package has been lost in transit, please contact within 72 hours of last tracking update to initiate missing mail search.


Can I cancel my order or return/exchange my purchase?

No. Due to the one of a kind nature of every product, I do not offer cancellations, returns or exchanges. 
If you would like to buy/sell/or trade your new or gently used product, it can be done through the Facebook group!

 

My item doesn't fit as expected, what can I do?

As measurements are provided, it is your responsibility to assure the item fits. If your piece does not fit as expected, you may wish to buy/sell/ or trade it in the Facebook group Old State Goods Home & BST!
